Not even worth a single star. I placed an order for some shoes back in February 2022, which feels like ages ago. I've sent a ton of messages on Instagram and a bunch of emails. Got a heap of excuses and finally made some progress in September. They were supposed to deliver after I requested a refund. Now it's January 2023, and I still haven't seen the shoes or my money back. They’re ignoring my emails and messages. This company is just plain unprofessional.

I was worried after checking the reviews, but turns out I didn’t have to be. They replied to my emails the same day, and Mark assured me he’d keep me in the loop about my parcel's shipping. He sure did, and my daughter is thrilled with her new trainers!

It's just so tough to get in touch with anyone. Tried the live chat, but got nothing back; sent an email, and still no reply. Plus, there's no phone number to call.

I’m really not satisfied with the customer support at all. My son got a pair of Jordans, but they turned out to be too small, so he wanted to swap them for a bigger size. Knowing the return timeline, he’s sent multiple emails trying to get the return address. Besides the long wait for a response, he still hasn’t gotten the return info, and now the return period has expired. It feels like they’re trying to make it hard for folks to return items. I’m truly appalled by the poor customer service.

Every time I shop at Lusso footwear, it’s a solid professional experience. Their site is super user-friendly and straightforward. The quality of their products and how they source them is why I keep returning.

I bought a pair of Jordans for £170 a couple of weeks back, and they still haven't shown up. I've been trying to reach out for a week through email, live chat, and even Instagram, but not a peep from them.

For Christmas, my boyfriend got me a pair of Jordans, but they were the wrong size, so we returned them. Now, three months later, we’re still waiting on our refund, and the company is just ignoring his messages. We’ve even had to file a complaint with PayPal! Seriously, steer clear of this company; their service is just gross!

I had a really bad time with these folks. I’ve been waiting four months for a pair of trainers that cost me £300, and they still haven’t shown up. I’ve received what seemed like legit reasons for the hold-up, but ever since I asked for a refund, it’s like I’ve been ghosted. I’d give zero stars if I could. Right now, I’m in a dispute with them through PayPal because they didn’t fulfill my order, which I really needed for my daughter’s birthday. I was promised multiple times that it would arrive on time, but that was 3 and a half weeks after I placed the order. I had a very disappointed 13-year-old on her special day since this was her only gift! I tried to cancel the order three times, but no luck at all, as I ended up finding the same items elsewhere without any hassle. Now, they’re supposed to show up tomorrow, a whopping 7 weeks after I ordered them. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else; you’ll actually get what you need when you need it!

Everything seemed fine until I ran into a quality issue with the sneakers. They informed me that they aren't an official Nike retailer and have no ties to Nike whatsoever, claiming the issue stems from the manufacturer's quality control, and they can't assist with it. They promised I'd get a call from their main buyer, but surprise, no one ever reached out. So, brace yourself to shell out a bunch of cash without any warranty on your kicks. Good luck!

I had to reach out multiple times before I heard back from anyone, and it was always attributed to them being closed! If they know they’re gonna be shut down, the website shouldn’t be active or they shouldn’t accept orders after a specific date. I’m never ordering from them again.

I finally got my son's sneakers. The customer service is quite lacking; I get that they’re a small operation, but they really ought to focus on customer support.

The arrival of the trainers was much later than what I was told at first, but once they got here, they were just what I was looking for. My daughter is super happy!

My trainers showed up over a week late, and I didn’t hear a peep from the company until I kept asking about my order. I wouldn’t suggest using this company again or trust them at all.
